Job Summary
The post holder will provide an efficient, friendly, and high‑quality reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, and the wider healthcare team. Working as part of a busy reception team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling enquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records using SystmOne (S1). The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
