  • Use SystmOne (S1) to manage patient appointments, registrations, repeat prescriptions, and medical record updates accurately.
  • Handle patient enquiries efficiently, signposting to the appropriate clinician or service when required.
  • Support clinicians and the wider practice team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including test results, referrals, and hospital communications.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in line with data protection and NHS policies.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent patient care and contribute to a positive practice environment.

We maintain a positive, professional atmosphere where everyone’s contribution is valued, and ideas for improvement are always welcomed.

Our work ethic is built on collaboration, reliability, and compassion, supporting one another through the challenges of primary care while celebrating our successes as a team.

  • A supportive and encouraging work environment
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and development
