Job summary

St. James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy seeks experienced professionals to transition into financial advice. You’ll build on your existing skills to help clients plan for their futures while undergoing training to become a qualified Financial Adviser.

You’ll develop the ability to identify client needs, explain complex concepts clearly, and work toward a career with one of 2,600+ practices across the St. James’s Place Partnership.

• Have at least five years of professional experience and a track record of achievement.
• Enjoy building relationships and understanding what matters to others.
• Communicate confidently and can explain complex ideas clearly.
