Job summary

Academics Ltd. is seeking experienced Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS to Year 6 within Ilkley and surrounding areas.

Roles include daily supply, short-term placements, and long-term positions, offering flexibility to fit around your circumstances. Ideal candidates have prior TA experience in a primary school, a strong understanding of supporting children's learning and development, and an Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary school.
• Strong understanding of supporting children's learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• Reliable, adaptable and confident approach.
• Passionate about making a positive difference to pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS through to Year 6 in classrooms, small groups or one-to-one.
