Job summary

First Bus in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers 38 hours per week with a mix of early, late and weekend shifts, delivering reliable passenger journeys and upholding high service standards.

We require a PCV licence, Right to Work in the UK, and a full UK licence with up to 6 points. A £1,500 joining bonus is available, paid in two instalments after 6 and 12 months of service.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid PCV licence.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Flexibility to work on a rota/shift basis (early mornings, late nights, weekends).
• Great people skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus routes in Stoke-on-Trent, delivering safe, reliable journeys.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to a structured shift pattern.
