Autoskills UK is seeking an experienced Panel Beater Technician for a full-time, permanent role in a modern bodyshop. You will repair and replace damaged panels, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician in an automotive bodyshop.
• Strong knowledge of panel repair, replacement, alignment and structural repair techniques.
• Competent in metal finishing and welding procedures.
• Understanding of manufacturer repair methods and accident repair standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and align damaged vehicle panels and bodywork to a high standard.
• Carry out structural repairs and metal finishing.
• Use welding and repair techniques per manufacturer procedures.
• Assess damage and determine suitable repair methods.
• Work with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers and Workshop Controllers to maintain efficiency.
• Identify additional damage and communicate findings to the team.
