Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Panel Beater in Derby to join a forward-thinking employer offering strong earning potential and a permanent role. You will work Mon-Fri, 42.5 hours weekly, contributing to body repair and structural work with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role demands time-served/City & Guilds/NVQ in panel beating; ATA is a bonus. Expect an attractive earnings potential of around £50,000 with team bonuses and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level.
• ATA certification advantageous but not essential.
• As a Panel Beater, you should be efficient and all work must meet required standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate body alignment jigs to ensure proper panel alignment.
• Panel straightening and filling to restore vehicle shape.
• Replace damaged panels as needed with precision.
• Weld and bond vehicle structures to restore integrity.
• Keep an accurate list of parts required for jobs.
