Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer in Epsom to join a family-run bodyshop. You will prepare vehicles, apply paint and polish to showroom quality while mentoring apprentices in a supportive, craft-focused environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 7am–4:30pm schedule with no weekend work, a competitive hourly rate, and a bonus scheme based on performance. You’ll work in a small, family-friendly team and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in vehicle preparation, painting and polishing.
• Reliable and consistent performance in workshop tasks.
• Ability to mentor and train less experienced colleagues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for painting and polishing to high standards.
• Apply paint and ensure a smooth, professional finish.
• Polish and finish to showroom quality.
