Livelyhood Pub Group is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our flagship Balham pub — The Regent Balham is a thriving neighbourhood pub.

You’re an experienced and commercially minded General Manager with a track record of running high-volume pubs. You lead from the front — a natural leader who knows how to grow sales, build and engage teams and bring the local community with you.
You:
Treat your pub as if it’s your own — with full accountability for P&L and performance.
Are passionate about people — from guests to your team, suppliers and charity partners.
Excel at building community relationships and driving local engagement.
Thrive on autonomy, collaboration, and regular, coaching-style conversations including peer to peer feedback

£57k–£60k salary + £7k tronc (OTE up to £67k)
Additional Quarterly GM bonus — £2,500 per quarter/£10k a year
45-hour working week
