You will deliver holistic planning and wealth management to private clients, manage an existing client bank, and build long-term relationships through exceptional client service and regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma minimum.
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser / Financial Planner.
• Ability to transfer and service an existing client bank and recurring revenue stream.
• Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service and regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities for growth across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, introducers, networking and personal contacts.
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators, and the wider support team.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal standards.
