Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal (private family law experience highly desirable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients during sensitive matters.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Confidence working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
• A discreet, empathetic, and client‑centred approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, court forms, statements, and correspondence.
• Preparing bundles and assisting fee‑earners in case management and progression.
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other third parties.
