Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the Openreach Network.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Copper and Fibre faults at customer premises.
  • Work at heights and in the underground network.
  • Test at multiple points throughout the installation to resolve customer faults.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to achieve targets and KPI’s.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation.

Join The Kelly Group's dynamic team working on our Openreach contract, where we focus on delivering exceptional repair services at customers' locations.

We are in search of highly skilled professionals with significant experience in the Openreach Network and a background in holding or currently possessing the required accreditations.

Essential qualifications for this role include expertise in conducting Copper and Fibre Repair tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Working on the Openreach Network completing Copper and Fibre faults at the Customer premises.
  • Working at heights and in the underground network.
  • Testing at multiple points throughout the installation to resolve Customer faults.
  • Working as an individual and as a part of team to achieve targets and KPI’s.
  • Adherence with Health and Safety legislation
Key Skills, knowledge and experience
  • Safety conscious.
  • As you’ll be working Regionally across the UK, you must be able to adapt to working in an outdoor environment all year round.
  • Able to follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology.
  • Experience in working in a Repair role on the Openreach Network.
