Job summary

Valoris Group is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial heating systems across Lancashire. The role involves fault finding, commissioning, and providing clear service documentation while supporting Reactive, Service, and Project divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as Commercial Gas Engineer in commercial/industrial settings.
• Gas Safe registration and relevant commercial gas qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to join on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial gas heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial work.
• Work on boilers, burners, heating plant and controls.
• Undertake planned maintenance and reactive call-outs.
• Commission heating equipment and systems.
• Complete heating-system upgrades and project work.
• Ensure compliance with gas-safety legislation and standards.
• Produce service reports and certification.
• Identify defects and remediation needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teams.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment.
