Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join our FAST Teams in North Hykeham. Passionate Social Workers required across Lincolnshire. If you are an experienced Social Worker passionate about advocating for others and believe that "Putting Children First" is the key to successful outcomes for children and families, Lincolnshire County Council may be the place for you.

About the Role of a Level 2 Social Worker
  • Responsible for assessing social care needs, support planning and reviewing packages of care.
  • Use specialist knowledge to manage a range of more complex cases, leading them from start to finish and ensuring consistency of Social Worker for children and families.
  • Opportunity to mentor less experienced staff and lead students on placement within the team.
