Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join our FAST Teams in North Hykeham. Passionate Social Workers required across Lincolnshire. About the Role of a Level 2 Social Worker

• Responsible for assessing social care needs, support planning and reviewing packages of care.
• Use specialist knowledge to manage a range of more complex cases, leading them from start to finish and ensuring consistency of Social Worker for children and families.
• Opportunity to mentor less experienced staff and lead students on placement within the team.
