Job description

We are family run business looking for a skilled, experienced bench joiner/wood machinist who is highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy workshop team. Successful applicants will be competent in producing products ranging from doors, windows, staircases and more.

Roles

• Preparing assembled joinery and assembling machine components to a very high standard.
• Can follow plans and drawings.
• Assembling products for delivery.
• Using priming machine.
• Keeping the workshop clean and tidy.

Skills & Attributes

• Be able to work under own initiative or part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and standard of workmanship.
• Be reliable, conscientious and have good timekeeping.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hrs per week with Saturday mornings rota at present.
