Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of our most valuable customer relationships. This role will be responsible for managing large customer accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and encouraging them to make full use of our products and services. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities within accounts and helping clients maximise the value they receive.,

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and usage patterns to proactively encourage greater product/service adoption.
  • Develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor account activity and ensure clients are drawing down on available services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Regularly review performance metrics with clients and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and business reviews to demonstrate value delivered.
