Job description
Role

A pivotal role within each Client EAP Program team, the role of Program Associate supports the Program Manager, Program Director and wider cross-functional team with all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the EAP Program. The Program associate will be a key point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and will interact regularly with the cross-functional team to ensure all program metrics remain on track.

This role provides the opportunities to learn the fundamentals of EAP Program management for individuals looking to progress into a Program Management role or develop their careers within the wider UnipharPharma business

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program is running to time and schedule
  • Undertakes all aspects of Client onboarding administration liaising with colleagues in quality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go live
  • Organizes weekly client calls including working with the Program Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions to clients
