Highly respected, media and events business with a number of leading brands, a culture of collaboration and excellent training and development. They are looking for an experienced Exhibition Sales Manager to take ownership of their flagship events and the respective team of 5 sales people.
As Exhibiton Sales Manager your time will be split between managing, training and developing a high performing sales team of 5 individuals, whilst also contributing personal revenues to the team effort. Your personal revenues will come from a combination of new business and account management.
You and your team will sell on 2 large scale b2b expos, the largest of which runs over multiple days, has a large exhibition hall, various conference streams and awards evenings as part of a week-long festival. Revenues are growing year-on-year, retention rates are high and the market is ever-evolving, offering lots of potential to attract new clients. The events are clear leaders in their sector.
