Job summary

Bouygues UK is seeking a Site Manager (Frame/Structures) to lead the frame works on a £270M student accommodation project in Exeter. You will oversee delivery within the programme, manage budgets, and coordinate with sub-contractors and trades to ensure safe, high-quality construction.

You will drive progress meetings, liaise with the client, and champion health and safety, quality controls, and lessons learned across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong self-organisation and ability to organise others.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frame works and structures; manage timeframes and budgets.
• Ensure production aligns with programme with commercial awareness and quality controls.
• Lead package delivery; coordinate with trades and sub-contractors.
• Work with Site Engineer for checks; support planner and subcontractors.
• Lead weekly progress meetings; manage defects and snagging processes.
• Liaise with client and agents; ensure safety compliance on site.
