Chadwick Nott is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing team in Exeter. You will work on a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on transactions involving property elements, taking ownership and collaborating with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong drafting and negotiations skills.
• Experience or interest in property aspects of corporate deals.
• Ability to manage own caseload and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A transactions including asset and share sales and purchases.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, APAs, NDAs, Heads of Terms and disclosure letters.
• Support corporate restructures, demergers and reorganisations.
• Assist with investment rounds, shareholder agreements and articles of association.
• Manage client relationships and liaise with other parties to drive transactions.
