A community health organization in Hounslow is seeking an Exercise Referral Lead to develop and manage health and wellbeing programs. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 fitness qualification and experience in community engagement. Responsibilities include leading the Exercise Referral Programme and collaborating with health partners to create tailored fitness sessions. As a Exercise Referral Lead at Lampton Leisure, you will contribute to the strategic development of Exercise Referral Programming and physical activities across the Borough.
