Responsibilities

• Define and execute QuickSTAT’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities and market opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions.
• Lead financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Deliver on quarterly RFC and annual target with respect to key company KPI’s, including gross profit, and net profit.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams; cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
• Partner with product, finance, HR, marketing, and technology leaders to drive integrated execution.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, champion organizational agility, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
• Represent QuickSTAT to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
