A leading global technology firm in London is seeking an EA Team Lead to provide strategic support to senior executives. This role involves overseeing an executive assistant team and managing logistics for high-level meetings. The ideal candidate has significant experience in an EA role, with strong leadership skills and proficiency in MS Office tools. The company promotes a hybrid working environment and prioritizes employee wellbeing.
Based in a busy environment in St Paul’s office, you will be providing in-depth executive support to a member of the Business Unit Executive Board plus another VP. You will be working alongside other executive assistants, some based in St Paul’s and some remotely. As an EA Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the EA team to ensure seamless and proactive support for senior leadership, to coordinate logistics (conference rooms, desks), and ensure effective communication between EAs and their VPs.
Hybrid working:The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
