A well-regarded business in Manchester is seeking an experienced Executive Support Assistant. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will draft documents, facilitate communication, manage travel arrangements, and support budget preparation. Offering £17 – £19 per hour, this temporary position has an immediate start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Draft documents, reports, presentations and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research data to support senior management.
  • Support and attend meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Support budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain financial records.
  • Undertake other duties to support the Directors.

Job description

My client is a well-regarded business and currently looking for an experienced Executive Support Assistant to provide an efficient administrative service to the Directors. This is a busy role you will need to be highly motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. A high level of confidentiality is required in all aspects of work. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting at a senior level.

Key responsibilities required for the Executive Support Assistant
  • Draft documents, reports, presentations and correspondence to a high standard
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Researching and prepare data to support the senior management
  • To support and attend meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and recording key actions and following up on behalf of the Directors
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Liaise with internal and external speakers, guests and government bodies
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Directors
