A leading executive search firm in Central London is looking for an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator. This role involves supporting a Managing Director, with strong emphasis on written communication, document production, and relationship building with clients. Candidates must have experience in the Executive Search industry or Management Consultancy, and possess exceptional organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring office work three days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an EA / Project Coordinator in the Executive Search industry or Management Consultancy.
  • First class written English skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship building expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support a high achieving Managing Director.
  • Create documentation and proofread on behalf of teams.
  • Manage up and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
