The Role Executive Search Consultant

You will be trained to operate as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates within the Investment Banking market.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Attending client briefing meetings to understand senior-level hiring needs
• Mapping the market to identify top talent, competitor firms, and industry movement
• Creating shortlists of high-calibre candidates for client review
• Conducting in-depth candidate outreach and interviews
• Pitching exclusive client opportunities to senior professionals
• Supporting candidates through the full interview and offer process
• Providing market insight and strategic advice to clients and candidates
• Producing detailed post-search market reports for stakeholders
