Executive Search Consultant - Credit (MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE)

We are partnered with an award winning global search firm and seeking to have career discussions with successful consultants around a role that has arisen within their credit team for the London office.

The Credit practice focuses on hiring across all areas of the sector to C-level and will give you exposure to a diverse and wide client base as a platform to your continued success.

The consultancy has offices UK/US/Asia and is committed to growth via excellence delivered with emotional intelligence and forging trusted partners globally.

Who we would like to hear from

Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally knowledge of credit markets or associated transferrable financial backgrounds.

As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like... We need a strong track-record of successful sourcing, business development, networking and ability to build strong relationships as expected.

Responsibilities
  • Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
  • Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building new business
  • Ability to present candidate to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice.
Qualifications

Characters we are looking to talk with will have a solutions focused & highly pro-active outlook. Self awareness, drive, resilience and high EQ will be innate to your mindset.

This will give you a hybrid work day pattern from central London offices

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is genuinely open and earning potential incentivised to make the right next move here. Commission is not tied into a threshold and is up to 50%. A strong option to make a worthwhile move.
