Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a QC Executive to join the UK operations. You will clear raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates and finished products in SAP and maintain all related records in line with cGMP and SOPs.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Master of Science in Chemistry, and a proactive approach to documentation and material stock management.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry or related discipline is required.
• Experience with QC documentation and SAP clearance processes is expected.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and lab safety rules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
• Maintaining documents relating to SAP clearance activities.
• Up keeping the stock register for label.
• Creating the PR for materials required for QC function.
• Maintaining the stock of chemicals and consumables.
• Preparing the approved labels as per dispatch requirements.
• Sending the customer requirement samples, as per marketing requirement.
• Coordinating with Quality Assurance department in releasing the products.
• All records and documents should be maintaining as per SOP.
• Maintaining laboratory systems as per the regulatory requirements.
