Thinkingbox in London is seeking an Executive Producer to lead complex, high-profile, integrated projects and senior client relationships across digital, experiential, content, and social work. You will be a senior leader who brings clarity, confidence, and partnership to both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience producing at a senior level.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and cross‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across integrated programs spanning digital, experiential, content, and social.
• Lead and mentor producers while establishing best practices across London production and beyond.
• Anticipate and resolve production challenges before they impact delivery.
• Establish and maintain production workflows and standards across disciplines.
• Oversee large-scale, multidisciplinary productions from concept through launch.
• Partner with creative, strategy, and account leadership to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships across multiple channels.
• Support new business efforts through trusted client relationships and industry credibility.
• Contribute to business development, including pitches, planning and resourcing.
• Act as a senior leader within the London office, fostering mentorship and culture.
