Job description

Join a respected financial services business as an Executive Personal Assistant, supporting the CEO and senior leadership team with diary management, communication, travel coordination, and board-level administration. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering excellence.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing complex calendars, prioritising commitments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Screening and managing correspondence, calls, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organising logistics for meetings, board sessions, and offsite events, including agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Maintaining confidential filing systems and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including board members and senior executives.
  • Supporting special projects, strategic initiatives, and key internal events.
  • Managing deadlines, deliverables, and workflows across business functions.
  • Providing discreet personal support to the CEO where necessary to ensure efficiency and focus.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a professional or financial services environment. They will possess strong organisational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint or OneDrive is desirable. A calm, resourceful, and proactive approach, combined with integrity and professionalism, is key to success in this role. A relevant qualification in business administration or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
