Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint or OneDrive is desirable. A calm, resourceful, and proactive approach, combined with integrity and professionalism, is key to success in this role. A relevant qualification in business administration or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
