This is an exciting opportunity to join the Vice-Chancellor's Office as an Executive Personal Assistant. Working as part of a team of Executive Personal Assistants, you will play a key role in delivering effective, efficient, and responsive support to members of the University Executive Board.
This role will provide proactive, high-level support to the members of University Executive Board (UEB) and other senior colleagues. Work will often be confidential and urgent, so the postholder will be expected to use initiative and sound judgement to maintain the work schedule of these senior staff. The postholder will be responsible for supporting high-level internal meetings, including executive bodies within the University’s governance structure.
This post is offered on a full‑time (37.0 hours per week) permanent basis and is available on a job share basis.
