Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Scotland is looking for an Executive PA who will provide high-level personal assistant support to senior management. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, a relevant secretarial qualification, and advanced skills in administrative processes. This full-time role is based at University Hospital Monklands and supports vital research and innovation efforts.

An opportunity has arisen within NHS Lanarkshire for Executive PA - Research, Innovation & Academic Partnerships. The Postholder will provide a high level of confidential personal assistant support which contributes to the overall work of the director and the directorate and support the work of the Corporate Management Team by assisting the planning and organisation of the directors workload

This role will be based within University Hospital Monklands. Travel between sites may be required.
