Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide essential administrative and financial support within a small organisation based in Edenbridge.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and hands‑on experience using Xero accounting software, who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You will support the CEO and wider team across day‑to‑day operations, bookkeeping, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive PA:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
  • Record and process invoices and expenses using Xero
  • Upload purchase invoices into Hubdoc and reconcile transactions in Xero
  • Manage sales invoices
  • Reconcile bank accounts a
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
  • Assist with producing simple financial summaries or reports for management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, phone calls, and email communication
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Support with event coordination
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed
Essential skills:
  • Proven experience as a PA or senior administrator
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software (Essential)
  • Confident handling bookkeeping tasks (invoices, payments, donations)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
