Salary: SCP 29-32: £39,862 - £42,839 per annum (FTE, pro rata for part-time)

The Parish Council is seeking an Executive Officer (Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer) to lead their work at the heart of local democracy. This is a rare opportunity to combine professional expertise with community impact - guiding councillors, shaping policy, managing resources, and ensuring residents feel connected to their Council,

The Role

You will be the Council's principal adviser, helping turn ideas into action and helping deliver projects that make a visible difference. From steering the Neighbourhood Plan to representing Etchingham in district and county forums, you'll ensure the parish's voice is heard and the ambitions realised.
