Home Office - Executive Officer

Location: Liverpool

Full time – Office based

Hourly rate: £14.50

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 9am - 5pm

Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Executive Officer.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with operational colleagues across the wider operations, showcasing exceptional stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Skilfully manage case‑working duties in line with the assigned business area, including high‑profile cases and broader issues.
  • Utilise internal systems to make informed case‑work decisions efficiently.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, adapting to varied workstreams aligned with internal deployment priorities.
  • Ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.
The candidate we're looking for

Training

No annual leave during training period. Four weeks training will be provided. On‑the‑job training dependent on the individual.

Clearance level (to be applied for by Brook Street upon a successful application)

Role specific requirements
  • Hold a valid passport and have lived in the UK for longer than 3 years. Note that a period of 6 months or longer spent outside the UK in the last 3 years will not be accepted.
  • Required security clearance will be processed for the successful applicant.
