How You’ll Make a Difference

As the Executive Office Assistant, you will provide proactive and confidential support to our Non‑Executive Directors and Executive team, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, diaries, and expenses. You’ll lead key governance processes, support Board and Executive Committee meetings, and help organise high‑profile events. From managing hospitality and suppliers to offering additional support to the CEO’s office, your attention to detail and collaborative approach will help maintain a professional and welcoming environment that reflects our purpose‑driven culture.
