Job description

The Executive Management Assistant ensures that leadership focus translates into effective execution. Youll be the operational backbone for the CEO coordinating priorities streamlining communication and ensuring that the companys strategic initiatives move forward efficiently.

Youll work closely with the CEO and interact regularly with the executive team the Chairman (former CEO of two SaaS unicorns) and our growth equity investor Yttrium. This role offers a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company is scaled providing exposure to high-level decision-making governance and strategy implementation.

This is a hands-on coordination and execution role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation proactivity and seeing things through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO in daily operations and ensure smooth execution of routine activities
  • Prepare materials presentations and summaries for leadership meetings and external engagements
  • Coordinate Board and Executive Team meetings assisting with materials agendas and follow-ups
  • Track key action items and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Communication & Information Flow
  • Support internal and external communication between the CEO and key stakeholders
  • Maintain structured documentation and visibility on ongoing projects and decisions
  • Help organise All-Hands meetings leadership offsites and company communications
Project & Operational Support
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO or leadership team
  • Gather and summarise research on markets competitors and operational benchmarks
  • Contribute to planning cycles OKRs and progress tracking
Qualifications
  • Have 13 years of experience in executive support operations or cross-functional project management (SaaS or startup environment a plus)
  • Are proactive detail-oriented and thrive on keeping things organised and moving
  • Communicate clearly professionally and with discretion
  • Enjoy working closely with senior executives and learning how strategic decisions are made
  • Can balance structured execution with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
