Job summary

The Head of CASS role sits in a fast‑growing, technology‑led financial services business and focuses on owning the end‑to‑end CASS framework. You will provide strategic direction and act as the primary contact for the executive team, Board, auditors and regulators as the business scales.

You will lead the CASS governance and oversight, building a robust framework and a high‑performing team while advising on regulatory change and strategic implications across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CASS oversight and financial services regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable operating models.
• Proven leadership of large, senior teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the firm’s CASS function with strong governance and oversight.
• Embed CASS requirements across the organisation in a scalable, pragmatic way.
• Design and chair the CASS governance framework, including the CASS Committee.
• Proactively manage CASS risk, incidents, breaches and remediation activity.
• Act as the senior point of contact for regulators, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Build and develop a high‑performing CASS team and embed knowledge across the business.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on CASS risk and regulatory change.
