Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to deliver Hard and Soft Facilities Management across its extensive mental health estate in North London.

You will lead the in-house FM teams and oversee high-value outsourced contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective services aligned with clinical and operational needs. The role requires substantial FM expertise and strong commercial acumen to protect the Trust's interests.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Operational Leadership: Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across NLFT's estate.
• Contract Management and Commercial Governance: Lead outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts, ensure performance KPIs, governance and value for money.
• Professional Leadership and Management: Manage in-house FM teams, ensure resources, systems and processes to monitor contractors.
