Heritage - Bra_208 is seeking a proactive Head Chef to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring every service delivers outstanding food and presentation. You will own quality standards, cost control and compliance, while fostering a positive kitchen culture.

Collaborating with the General Manager, you will drive performance, guest satisfaction and brand consistency across services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or an ambitious Kitchen Manager ready for the next step.
• A genuine passion for great food and delivering consistently high standards.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Confidence managing kitchen operations, stock and food costs.
• A hands-on approach, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen.
