Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a high-impact role in Uxbridge. This position will offer significant exposure to the Chief Executive team and involvement in shaping culture and driving performance. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role, along with strong skills in change management and employee relations. The role requires full office presence, supporting major transformational initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environments.
  • Strong ER and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and embed the Group People Strategy.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions at the board level.
  • Own ER, policy, and compliance with authority.
