We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.

What you'll do :

  • You will lead and inspire your team in delivering and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
  • You will ensure that the Housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests.
  • You will build a guest Focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
  • To proactively monitor all aspects of expenditure and take remedial action.
  • Find credible business solutions to address operational issues relating to product or service
  • To have well planned rosters to ensure that payroll spend is in line with forecasted occupancy / revenue and budgets flexing them according to changing business needs.
  • To recruit, retain and develop high performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the Business.
