Job summary

Enhance Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Headteacher to lead across multiple primary schools, strengthening leadership capacity and ensuring outstanding education. The role focuses on aspirational, high-expectation standards and school improvement across Wakefield, Kirklees and Barnsley.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the CEO and Trust board, oversee safeguarding, and guide two upcoming school intakes while maintaining DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a talented Headteacher to join our Trust and strengthen leadership capacity across the Trust.
• We currently have sixteen primary schools based in Wakefield, Kirklees and Barnsley.
• We will welcome two new schools in Autumn and Spring.
• Our central mission is to ensure that our children receive an outstanding education that focuses on aspiration and high expectations.
• The successful applicant will undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
