Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of kitchen operations and drive excellence across the hotel. You will shape team culture and contribute to overall strategy while leading a skilled culinary staff and managing budgets.

The role emphasizes quality, leadership, and growth within a dynamic hospitality environment, with opportunities for development through our Dalata Academy and related programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in hotels or similar.
• Strong focus on quality in all kitchen output.
• People leadership and development experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Implement and individualise menu strategies.
• Lead and develop our skilled and ambitious culinary staff.
• Manage the purchasing & delivery of food.
• Play an important role in the success of our conference and events offering.
• Manage the kitchen budget to achieve set targets.
