Harlaxton Manor serves as an educational hub, hosting Harlaxton College. Beyond its role as an educational institution, Harlaxton Manor is a Grade I listed historic house and garden, renowned for its unique blend of Elizabethan and Baroque architectural styles. In this role, you will also be responsible for the culinary operations at The Gregory Arms, a 19th-century village pub in Harlaxton offering modern British food in a comfortable rustic setting.
