Job summary

Manchester United FC is seeking an Executive Cleaner to uphold the highest standards across our offices, training areas, changing rooms, gym spaces and pool areas.

You will support daily operations, work independently or as part of a team, manage stock with supervisors, and help maintain clean, safe environments for colleagues and visitors. A UK driving licence is desirable, and COSHH/safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Awareness of COSHH and health & safety practices.
• Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth delivery of daily operations and events, ensuring all areas are fully prepared ahead of schedule.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain high operational standards.
• Identify, report, and help coordinate the resolution of maintenance and facility-related issues.
• Assist with stock control and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available by liaising with supervisors.
• Respond proactively to changing business needs and operational priorities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing quick turnarounds between activities, events, and functions.
• Take ownership of maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for colleagues, visitors, and guests.
• Contribute to the overall success of operations through a flexible, hands‑on approach.
