North Middlesex University Hospital, part of the Royal Free London Group, seeks an experienced Divisional Director of Operations to oversee the Integrated Medical Specialities and Therapies Division. You will lead two directorates, Champion patient flow, quality, and sustainability, and drive system-wide improvements for communities in Enfield, Haringey and beyond.

Working with the Divisional Director and Nursing Director, you will shape clinical governance, risk management and workforce

Qualifications

• Experience leading large medical divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of a large medical division across two directorates.
• Drive improvements in access, patient flow and safety within the division.
• Oversee financial planning and budget management in line with NHS Standing Financial Instructions.
