As the sole landbased provider within a 40-mile radius, the college’s vision is to lead the green revolution and further develop their specialised provision for a greener future.

Our client is seeking an outstanding Executive Director of Finance to join their executive leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the College, ensuring robust financial management and supporting their transformative journey towards becoming a truly outstanding organisation.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining financial stability, driving operational effectiveness and supporting the delivery of our client’s academic and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified finance professional with proven senior leadership experience, ideally within the education or wider public sector. You will demonstrate strong financial acumen, strategic vision and the ability to foster partnerships and collaborations. Excellent communication skills and a track record in financial planning, risk management and audit oversight are essential.
