Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Diversified Industries coverage for mid‑market capital goods across EMEA. The role focuses on originating and executing complex M&A and capital markets transactions while guiding junior bankers and coordinating with product teams.

The successful candidate will shape strategic client dialogue, oversee valuation analyses, and manage deal execution with senior management involvement, ensuring high performance across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in investment banking with focus on M&A and capital markets.
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity and sound judgement in complex transactions.
• Mastery of financial modelling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, LBO).
• Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration across deal teams.
