Position Overview:

As an Executive Coach specializing in C‑suite & executive leadership, your role is to help seasoned executives achieve their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. You will use our client’s proven and structured coaching approach (training will be provided) to deliver personalized guidance, valuable feedback, and profound insights that enhance the leadership effectiveness and decision‑making skills of your clients.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive VP / C‑suite Experience or Equivalent: At least 5 years in highly successful VP or C‑suite roles (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalent).
• Effective Communication and Influencing Abilities: Adept at communication and influencing, fostering collaboration and achieving productive outcomes.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.

Desirable Qualifications:

While not mandatory, a Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, along with experience in team building and new business development, would be advantageous.
