We're seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations across the iconic Scottish Event Campus (SEC) - including the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo, OVO Hydro, and the Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen. This is a pivotal role encompassing retail, conference, exhibition, and live event catering, delivering exceptional food experiences at one of the UK's most prestigious event destinations.

As Executive Chef, you'll lead the end-to-end culinary strategy, from designing creative, high-impact menus to managing kitchen operations and inspiring a skilled culinary team. You'll work closely with event organisers and internal stakeholders to align menus with event themes while ensuring quality, sustainability, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities
